"I Am Made of You" is the first track on Welcome 2 My Nightmare. Cooper has called it an "epic song" and a "masterpiece." The song went through many changes and was worked on "more than any other song on the album."[1] The guitar solo, performed by original Alice Cooper band member Steve Hunter, is Cooper's favorite of any of his previous albums, and possibly of all time.[2] At 5:32, it is the longest track on the album.
